LARS Entertained Mumbles Rotary

Three of our LARS – Loud Applause Rising Stars singers entertained the Rotary Club of Mumbles at their annual Charity Champagne Sunday Lunch at Langland Bay Golf Club today.
Lauren Fisher Daisy Owens and Jack Owens gave highly polished performances which was extremely well received in the packed function room. Their song selections which included duets had something for everybody.  It was commented by the Rotarians and their guests that it had been one of the most enjoyable afternoons !
Thank you Catrin Hughes Catrin Lleisiau’r Cwm for preparing and accompanying our young singers.  LARS is proud to be supporting the excellent work of Rotary

A Letter from the Chairman of the Mumbles Rotary
A Letter from the Chairman of the Mumbles Rotary
To: Cerith Owens – Chairman of LARS
I was quite overwhelmed by the talent shown by your three young singers. I know that I have thanked them all and naturally Catrin as well in person but will you please thank them all also their parents/ supporters once again. I am sure that you must have appreciated the very positive reaction of the whole audience to the choice of pieces and quality of the singing. Thank you to you as well without organisations such as LARS it would be very difficult to nurture talent in our Community.
District Governor was very taken by the way you introduced and guided the whole performance and was pleased to have our Young Musician work highlighted to another audience.
