Susan Roberts

Susan has spent the majority of her career in the NHS, spanning 27 years as a Senior Manager and Director of Facilities for an NHS Trust.   Key roles included project management, innovative service development, health promotion, health and safety, estates and non-clinical support.  Additionally, she was a visiting lecturer at Strathclyde University on the post graduate facilities management course.

Susan has had 16 years experience with the British Red Cross developing its Health and Social Care activities.

Susan was a Trustee and Director of Llanelly House and is currently a Director of ABC of Opera, an innovative approach to the delivery of the school curriculum through opera.

Susan has been a trustee of LARS for over 6 years.  Her vast experience has been put to good use and she has been actively involved in developed and implementing policy and procedures and also leads on governance issues.
